Hello and WELCOME!

I’m Elise. To sum me up, my dream life would be living in a little house in Portugal near the beach, with my Husband Neil, our dog Sunny and our daughter, with lots of land to grow my own vegetables, and a dog retirement home at the end of the garden for all the old rescue dogs who never found a home, so they can be free and loved and have a safe space to stay.

I’m not quite there yet, so I started this blog to share my journey and any discoveries I make along the way as a new Mum trying to raise our daughter to be a wild child, and live life as we try to see new places and make the most of our short time here on earth. You’ll see everything from living in a van, camping tips, cooking for a family, dogs, babies and love. I hope it can provide some use or entertainment!
